Refund and Cancellation Policy for Play Store App Service:

1. Refund Policy:

a.Applicable for Paid Services: If a user has paid for a specific service within the app, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

– If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app, You can request a refund through Google Play Store. 

– The service was not provided as described or was significantly different from what was advertised.

– The user has mistakenly made a duplicate payment for the same service.

 

b. Process for Refund Requests:

– Users must submit a refund request within a specified timeframe, typically within 7 days of the transaction.

– The request should include details such as the transaction ID, service purchased, reason for refund, and any supporting evidence.

– Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a decision will be communicated to the user within 7-15 business days.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

a.We do not have any cancellation policy, once subscribed, the subscription cannot be cancelled before the subscription end date.

b. If a user wants to terminate their membership and there is an ongoing offer at the moment, we may provide them a discount.

c. Subscription will be on a recurring basis, until you decide to cancel it. You can manage  your cancellations and subscriptions from Google Play Store.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Client/Company Service:

 

1. Refund Policy: 

a. Requests for refunds will only be taken into consideration if the project is terminated due to project failure for some valid reason.

b. 50% of the customer money will be refunded, if the project is terminated within 4-7 days of the start of the project.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. If a client wants to cancel any project at any point of time, then the cancellation request should be submitted to us in written manner with an authorised signature with a valid reason for cancellation for example not giving the project within the time frame or project failure on legal and valid grounds.

b. Apps AiT will not be held responsible for any third party services in terms of development and designing.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Once paid, the registration cost is not refundable. This implies that you won’t get your registration cost back if you decide to drop a course after registering. The registration fee is used to defray the costs associated with processing your application and holding your position in the course.All monies paid to the institute will be invalid following the termination of enrollment. This implies that if you decide to cancel your registration after having paid the course price, you will not be given a refund. The expense of giving you teaching, materials, and other resources is covered by the course fee.

No reimbursement will be given if a student informs the institute that they want to terminate their enrolment. This means that you must provide the academy written notice if you wish to cancel your admission. Any fees that you have already paid won’t be refundable.
